Job Description
Seeking a dynamic professional to spearhead localization initiatives in Brazil and drive market expansion for web3 products. This role involves establishing a dedicated localization team, developing and executing strategies to promote products within the Brazilian market, and implementing comprehensive approaches to grow both enterprise (toB) and consumer (toC) customer bases. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and market demands while maintaining a deep understanding of local regulations and cultural nuances.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and management of a localization team in Brazil, ensuring expertise in web3 technologies and local market dynamics.
  • Develop localized marketing strategies tailored to Brazilian consumer behavior, including content creation, campaign design, and channel optimization.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to adapt offerings for regional compliance, language preferences, and user experience requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Brazilian web3 ecosystem, such as startups, investors, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and track trends in Latin American web3 adoption.
  • Coordinate with international teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging while addressing local market specifics.
  • Monitor and report on localization performance metrics, including customer acquisition rates, engagement levels, and market penetration.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and technological advancements in Brazil and Latin America to ensure compliance and innovation.
Job Requirements
  • Residency or strong ties to Brazil, with proven experience in the web3 market industry and access to local resources for business development.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both formal and informal contexts for client interactions and team collaboration.
  • Deep knowledge of the web3 landscape in Brazil and Latin America, including blockchain, NFTs, and decentralized finance (DeFi) trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding into new markets, with a focus on both enterprise-to-business (B2B) and consumer-to-consumer (B2C) models.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions for localization strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities to manage a team, negotiate partnerships, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced, evolving market conditions while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
  • Preferred experience in cross-border business operations, with a demonstrated ability to navigate cultural and regulatory complexities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, and content management systems, to support localization efforts.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure seamless execution of market expansion plans.
