Job Description
This role is focused on driving consumer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives, with a primary emphasis on educating retail audiences about blockchain concepts such as staking, Maximum Extractable Value (MEV), and decentralized finance (DeFi). The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand positioning. Responsibilities include defining clear KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, engagement metrics, ROI), establishing quantitative metrics to evaluate campaign success, and implementing both organic and paid search strategies to maximize visibility. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to build partnerships that enhance brand presence and foster community growth. Key deliverables involve creating data-driven insights to refine marketing approaches, ensuring consistent alignment with business objectives, and delivering measurable results through innovative campaign execution. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive consumer-facing marketing campaigns with minimal supervision, leveraging market trends and audience insights to create impactful strategies tailored for retail users.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, engagement metrics, ROI) to quantify campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and report findings to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
  • Implement SEO and paid search strategies independently, including keyword research, on-page optimization, competitor analysis, and managing advertising budgets to achieve maximum reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create educational content about blockchain technologies, particularly staking and MEV, ensuring clarity and accessibility for non-technical retail audiences.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends in blockchain and DeFi to maintain a competitive edge in marketing strategies.
  • Develop creative concepts for digital and traditional marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, audience preferences, and the evolving landscape of blockchain adoption.
  • Coordinate with product and technical teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product features, blockchain innovations, and user-centric value propositions.
  • Manage campaign timelines and budgets while balancing creative execution with measurable outcomes, prioritizing efficiency and impact in all deliverables.
  • Engage with customer feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and social listening tools, to refine marketing approaches and improve user experience across platforms.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns with a focus on consumer engagement, digital marketing strategies, and blockchain education for retail audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to define KPIs, interpret data, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, with a focus on actionable insights.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO principles, paid search advertising (PPC), and content marketing techniques, including copywriting, video production, and social media storytelling.
  • Ability to create educational materials about complex blockchain concepts (e.g., staking, MEV, smart contracts) in an accessible manner, using analogies and simplified language for non-technical users.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive product-market fit.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail, deadline adherence, and the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and NFT markets to ensure marketing messaging remains relevant, accurate, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Strong communication skills to present campaign results, recommendations, and data visualizations to stakeholders, including executives and investors, in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), email marketing automation, and influencer partnerships to expand reach and engagement.
