Job Description
This position is responsible for integrating with the Korean market and independently handling promotion and operational activities. The role requires a deep understanding of the Korean market landscape and consumer behavior to drive successful marketing campaigns and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market entry strategies tailored for the Korean market
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Manage day-to-day operational activities related to market expansion
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to optimize marketing strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth market operations
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and market response
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in market promotion or operations, preferably in Korean market
- Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of Korean consumer behavior and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Korean partners or clients
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms popular in Korea
- Existing network of contacts in the Korean business community
