Job Description:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and ecosystem growth. Your role will encompass various aspects of marketing, from strategic planning to tactical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Strategy Development & Execution: Formulate and implement holistic marketing strategies covering product launches, feature updates, campaign promotions, ecosystem partnerships, and competitive positioning. Take end-to-end ownership from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
- Brand Building & Narrative: Establish a clear and distinctive brand positioning, crafting unified product narratives and value propositions for websites, social media, events, and partnership communications.
- Content Creation: Generate insightful content and perspectives by analyzing industry trends and user needs. Serve as an "ecosystem spokesperson" by incorporating community feedback during product design and feature release phases.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, product, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product roadmaps and business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key marketing metrics and OKRs, continuously optimizing strategies and resource allocation based on data insights.
- Community Engagement: Maintain and expand community activity through online platforms, AMAs, offline events, and other channels to foster long-term relationships with users, partners, and developers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of marketing/community experience in Web3 space
- Strong understanding of Crypto/Web3/DeFi ecosystems; experience with liquid staking is a plus
- Active participant in crypto communities with deep understanding of community culture and communication methods
- Proven track record in community management and growth, including full-cycle planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Excellent project and time management skills to handle multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong presentation and communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional copywriting ability, basic design sensibility, and product comprehension to effectively communicate complex concepts
