Job Description
This role is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of community recruitment activities for spot coin projects. The candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer acquisition data, identifying performance trends, and implementing data-driven improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness. Additionally, the individual will coordinate cross-functional teams to execute promotional strategies, monitor project progress, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute community recruitment activities for spot coin projects, including developing targeted strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing event logistics.
- Analyze the data from new customer acquisition activities, identify trends, and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness through A/B testing and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to align on objectives, track progress, and provide regular feedback on promotional outcomes to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns in real-time, adjusting tactics as needed to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community members, influencers, and partners to support long-term growth and brand loyalty.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and refine promotional strategies accordingly.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to ensure compliance and relevance in promotional activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional initiatives and consistent messaging across channels.
- Provide support during onboarding of new projects, including setting up operational frameworks and defining KPIs for success measurement.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in channel operations or similar roles, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) and customer acquisition metrics.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement effective promotional strategies to drive growth and engagement.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
