Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to join our team as an Online Community and Activity Planner. This role focuses on driving user engagement, conversion, and transaction volume through strategic online and community activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the blockchain industry and the ability to tailor activities to overseas market conditions and user attributes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and operate online activities, develop comprehensive activity plans, and innovate strategies to enhance user conversion, cash flow, and transaction volume.
- Design and execute community activities to boost participation and engagement among both new and existing users.
- Analyze traffic and retention rates of overseas community users, leveraging data insights to identify user needs and improve product speed, experience, and overall satisfaction.
- Develop and implement activity plans tailored to the blockchain industry, considering overseas market trends and user demographics.
- Support leadership in executing localization expansion plans and operational tasks within the assigned region.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in planning and executing online and community activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve user retention and engagement.
- In-depth understanding of the blockchain industry and overseas market dynamics.
- Ability to innovate and develop creative solutions to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
