Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain existing KOL channels, promoting stable growth of these channels.
• Follow up on feedback and needs from channel partners, promptly resolve issues and handle complaints to maintain good cooperation.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of channel promotion activities, including online and offline events.
• Coordinate internal team resources to support smooth channel operations.
• Monitor channel performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or channel operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with European partners.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the European market with understanding of local consumer behavior.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Creative thinking for developing innovative KOL engagement strategies.
