Job Description
We are seeking a talented Social Media Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our brand presence across various social platforms, including Project X (Twitter), Telegram, and Xiaohongshu, both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, driving user interaction, and implementing growth strategies to enhance our community ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of social media platforms including Project X (Twitter), Telegram, and Xiaohongshu for both domestic and international audiences
- Develop and publish compelling content to increase brand exposure and improve user engagement
- Plan and execute marketing activities to drive user growth and optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies
- Establish partnerships with KOLs and other collaborators to foster community expansion
- Analyze operational performance through user feedback and market data, implementing continuous improvements
- Monitor industry trends, quickly identify hot topics, and research competitor strategies within the community ecosystem
- Develop data-driven optimization strategies based on competitive analysis and market insights
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and community operations
- Strong content creation skills with ability to produce engaging material for different platforms
- Excellent understanding of user growth strategies and community building techniques
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive operational decisions
- Familiarity with KOL collaboration and partnership development
- Knowledge of both domestic and international social media platforms and their best practices
- Strong market research and competitive analysis skills
- Ability to identify and capitalize on trending topics and industry developments
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese preferred for international operations
