Welcome to HyroTrader, a revolutionary crypto prop trading platform designed to provide traders around the world with seamless access to funded capital. We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with experience setting up ads on Google, Facebook, Twitter (X), and other platforms. We promote crypto trading-related products and are looking for someone who can test ad performance and manage campaigns with monthly budgets in the tens of thousands of dollars.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up ads on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms – you’ll play a key role in creating high-performing ad campaigns.
- Support campaign setup and management – help us run and optimize daily advertising activities.
- Analyze and report results – turn data into insights that improve performance.
- Test and optimize campaign performance.
- Propose improvements and innovations.
- Drive traffic from additional platforms and channels.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in PPC advertising.
- Proven success in managing profitable performance campaigns.
- Experience with cloaking.
- Experience with agency ad accounts on Facebook / Google.
- Experience with multi-account management using MoreLogin / Multilogin / AdsPower.
- Experience with tracking tools such as Keitaro.
- Experience with measuring ROI/ROAS.
- Comfortable with basic analytics tools and conversion tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
