Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research to identify pain points, behaviors, and opportunities for improvement across all product touchpoints.
• Map clear user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to support internal workshops, stakeholder reviews, and user testing phases.
• Develop and maintain design systems, including reusable components, style guides, and accessibility standards, to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define the vision and roadmap for the no-code builder, enabling non-technical users to create personalized member experiences.
• Create visually compelling copy and messaging for product features, marketing materials, and website content to enhance user engagement.
• Design intuitive end-user interfaces that prioritize usability, aesthetics, and emotional resonance while maintaining technical feasibility.
• Build backend dashboards and data visualization tools to transform raw insights into actionable strategies for business growth.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and user behavior patterns to continuously innovate and improve the user experience.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders through clear documentation, visual storytelling, and iterative feedback loops.
• Lead design reviews and ensure alignment with company values, brand identity, and strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design projects.
• Expertise in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms like InVision or Marvel.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy principles.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design intent effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with no-code development platforms and a passion for empowering users through intuitive design tools.
• Knowledge of backend systems and data visualization techniques to support informed decision-making processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to creating accessible, inclusive, and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in product design, with a track record of delivering successful digital products.
• Preferred: Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to iterate rapidly based on feedback and data.
