Job Description
As a Product Designer (UX/UI), you will be responsible for shaping and driving the user experience and interface design vision for our innovative digital products across all stages of development. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and deliver exceptional user value. You will create and maintain a scalable design system in Figma, including component libraries, style guides, and accessibility standards, while continuously refining the product based on user feedback and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design vision by creating user-centered solutions that enhance product usability and engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Develop and deliver high-quality design artifacts such as mock-ups, user flows, and interactive wireframes that reflect a clean, minimalist aesthetic and intuitive navigation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to gather insights into user behavior, pain points, and expectations, translating these findings into actionable design improvements.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure seamless handovers, maintaining versioned documentation and adhering to project scope and timelines.
- Implement a build-measure-improve approach to iterate on design concepts, validate assumptions through experimentation, and drive product evolution based on data-driven decisions.
- Ensure adherence to mobile-first design principles, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design standards to create inclusive and adaptable user experiences.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices, and advocate for their integration into our design process to maintain innovation and excellence.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design solutions for digital products.
- Expertise in Figma for creating and maintaining scalable design systems, including component libraries, style guides, and accessibility frameworks.
- Ability to translate business goals into user-centric design strategies, ensuring alignment with product vision and technical constraints.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and present concepts to non-design teams.
- Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design choices and validate user needs.
- Proficiency in creating interactive wireframes and user flows that reflect a simplified, elegant design language and seamless user journeys.
