Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and conduct comprehensive user research & assumptions tests to gather insights and validate product ideas through systematic feedback evaluation.
• Establish and develop a robust design organization from the ground up, creating processes and frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables.
• Solve intricate user interaction challenges specific to cross-chain applications, designing seamless experiences that bridge multiple blockchain networks.
• Create detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and guide development teams in implementing solutions.
• Ensure that all shipped products adhere strictly to the company's design and branding standards, maintaining visual and functional coherence across platforms.
• Stay current with emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously refine design approaches and stay competitive in the market.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior-level product designer with a track record of delivering successful digital products in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions and validate assumptions.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual design assets.
• Deep understanding of cross-chain application architecture and user interaction patterns to address technical and usability challenges effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication skills to present design concepts, gather feedback, and advocate for user-centered design principles across teams.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including user interface design, interaction design, and design systems, with a focus on web applications.
• Knowledge of design principles such as accessibility, usability, and scalability to create inclusive and future-proof solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and deadlines.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning to adapt to evolving technologies and design trends in the blockchain and fintech sectors.
