Position: Product Manager – Prediction Market
Location: Remote / Flexible
We are seeking a detail-oriented and independent-thinking Product Manager to oversee the overall product planning and execution of our prediction market platform. You will lead market mechanism design, user experience optimization, and product data analysis to ensure high-quality product launches and continuous iterations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the prediction market product lifecycle, including feature design, user flows, and market mechanisms.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to define requirements and product roadmaps.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements for product operations.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose new features or commercialization strategies.
Core Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of prediction markets, decentralized finance (DeFi), or financial markets.
- Experience in product management for Web3, fintech, or trading platforms.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently draft clear PRDs, workflows, and documentation.
- Familiarity with user testing, A/B testing, and data analytics tools.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of independent decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Understanding of smart contracts, blockchain mechanisms, or DeFi protocols.
- Experience launching user-facing financial products.
