Job Description
We are looking for a product-focused individual to define and execute our product roadmap in alignment with the company vision. You will play a key role in understanding user needs, analyzing product usage, and identifying monetization opportunities while maintaining our open-source commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product roadmap in a user-centric fashion, ensuring alignment with company vision
- Engage with our user community to understand how they use our products
- Set up analytics tools to measure product usage, including open source repository metrics
- Identify early potential customers and develop monetization strategies that don't compromise our open-source values
- Synchronize business, customer and technical goals across the organization
- Make critical product decisions in collaboration with technical leads
Collaboration & Leadership
You will work closely with technical leads who handle the technical implementation aspects, while you focus on product strategy and user experience. This role requires balancing multiple stakeholders including users, business teams, and engineering.
