Job Description
This role focuses on the development and execution of marketing and asset operation products, primarily centered around stock-based initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a variety of asset operation activities, including but not limited to launchpad campaigns, super airdrop promotions, and candy bomb events. These activities will be driven by specific asset operation indicators and tailored to meet business objectives. Additionally, the position involves creating C-end marketing products that align with user needs, market trends, and user profiles. The candidate will need to support marketing activities by developing comprehensive product plans that reflect business and industry characteristics, while abstracting and implementing platform capabilities to enhance user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the construction and implementation of asset operation activities such as launchpad, super airdrop, and candy bomb, ensuring alignment with asset operation indicators and business goals.
  • Design and develop C-end marketing products, focusing on user-centric strategies that incorporate market trends, user profiles, and behavioral data to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns by creating detailed product plans that integrate business and industry-specific requirements, while abstracting platform capabilities for scalable implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate internal resources and ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects, including the continuous iteration of platform tools based on data performance and business development.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through data-driven insights, providing actionable recommendations to optimize platform performance and user experience.
  • Stay updated on market dynamics and industry innovations to identify opportunities for enhancing marketing strategies and asset operation products, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing products, with a strong background in asset operation strategies and stock-based campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret user data, market trends, and business metrics, translating them into actionable product designs and operational plans.
  • Strong understanding of platform capabilities and how to abstract them for scalable marketing solutions, with experience in implementing these in real-world scenarios.
  • Ability to coordinate internal resources effectively, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments to achieve project milestones and business objectives.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to present ideas clearly, manage timelines, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of user behavior and market psychology to create compelling marketing tools and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
