Job Description
We are seeking a Growth Product Manager specializing in user acquisition and retention strategies for cryptocurrency exchanges. This role focuses on optimizing the entire user journey from registration to first deposit and trade execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize the complete user growth funnel including registration, KYC verification, first deposit, and initial trading conversion paths through data analysis and user segmentation.
- Develop and implement growth-oriented product features such as referral reward systems, mission centers, incentive mechanisms (e.g., trading mining, fee deduction coupons), and user tier systems to enhance lifetime value (LTV).
- Conduct A/B testing experiments on product interfaces, user flows, and incentive copywriting to scientifically validate improvements and rapidly iterate growth strategies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and business development teams to integrate internal/external traffic resources and design complete product pathways from acquisition to conversion.
- Support productization of various user acquisition campaigns and ensure seamless implementation of growth initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an internet product manager, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or e-commerce growth.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase or similar BI platforms.
- Deep understanding of growth models (AARRR/RARRA) and practical experience with user incentive systems and social referral mechanisms.
- Excellent execution capabilities and project management skills to drive cross-team collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency industry logic; personal trading experience is a plus.
