Job Description
The Growth Product Manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition and platform operational tools through strategic product planning and execution. This role requires a deep understanding of business needs to design user growth paths, lifecycle management frameworks, and engagement mechanisms that enhance user retention and conversion rates. The candidate will collaborate closely with development teams to implement platform operational tools, including strategy configuration, automated operations, and data analytics features. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user growth modules and platform operational tools to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Design and optimize user growth funnels, lifecycle management strategies, and interactive mechanisms to improve retention and conversion.
- Coordinate with development teams to implement operational tools, including automated strategies and data analytics functionalities.
- Establish robust user behavior data analysis frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to align product development with business goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of experience as a product manager in internet or platform-based products.
- Proven expertise in user growth strategies, data analysis, and operational tool design, with a strong understanding of user lifecycle management.
- Excellent logical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills, capable of independently developing and executing product solutions.
- Strong cross-functional communication and coordination abilities, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Preferred candidates will have experience in To C business models or marketing automation products.
- Fluent in Chinese is required.
