Product Manager at Tiritumlabs

This position requires candidates to be based in Shenzhen or Hong Kong, with remote work options available. Specific arrangements can be discussed during the interview. In summary, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Product Manager with solid expertise in Web3, and strong English communication skills would be a plus.

• Product Planning & Design: Manage product timelines, conduct user research, plan features, and design product iterations for company projects.
• User Experience Optimization: Deeply understand user needs to enhance product usability and engagement.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product performance metrics to formulate optimization strategies and drive continuous post-launch improvements.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure efficient product development from conception to launch.
• Industry Research: Stay updated on Web3 trends, identify user behavior shifts, and drive product innovation.

• Passion for Web3 & Crypto: Strong interest in blockchain technology, on-chain products, RWA, and quantitative trading.
