As a Product Manager for Aera, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings by bridging the gap between technical execution and business strategy. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to development and launch, ensuring that our solutions align with market demands and customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features that drive user engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, coordinating with engineering, design, and business teams to transform ideas into market-ready solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a product strategy that aligns with business goals, ensuring long-term value creation for stakeholders and users.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, user-centric features that enhance the functionality and impact of the Aera App.
  • Work closely with engineering to translate user requirements into technical specifications, ensuring features are both feasible and aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions and optimize user experience.
  • Engage with customers and DAO communities to gather feedback, understand pain points, and build solutions that address their needs effectively.
  • Manage product roadmap planning, prioritizing initiatives based on market trends, customer demand, and business impact.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new features into existing products, maintaining consistency in user experience and technical architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and refining product strategies based on evolving market conditions.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching products from concept to market.
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, including ideation, design, development, testing, and post-launch optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret user data, market trends, and business metrics, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a customer-first mindset, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track progress and performance.
  • Experience in working within DAO communities or decentralized ecosystems, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide teams, foster innovation, and drive product success through strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to think critically about product positioning, ensuring it aligns with market demands and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address technical, business, and user-related challenges during product development.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and iterative development processes to ensure flexibility and responsiveness in product delivery.
  • Ability to create and maintain product documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user guides, to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty through tailored solutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial strategies and business models to ensure product viability and profitability.
  • Ability to present product roadmaps and strategies to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for long-term goals.
