Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive demand research, product design, planning, and implementation for Onchain trading products.
• Develop and promote detailed execution plans for new trading products, including spot products, index products, derivatives, and other trading varieties.
• Collaborate closely with product operations teams to drive the growth and success of trading product business.
• Utilize various analytical and evaluation methods to gain deep insights into industry trends and user needs.
• Transform market insights and user requirements into practical and feasible product strategies.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to align resources and achieve product goals.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the blockchain or financial trading sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and user behavior.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop and execute detailed product plans and strategies.
• Deep understanding of trading products, including spot, index, and derivatives.
• Passion for blockchain technology and the evolving landscape of Onchain trading.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Technical background or understanding of blockchain protocols and smart contracts.
• Previous success in launching and scaling trading products.
