Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user interviews and surveys to identify common challenges faced by users of traditional, fintech, and crypto products, and develop actionable recommendations for Valora's product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design and analytics to conceptualize, prototype, and launch new features as controlled experiments, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Lead the ideation and planning process for product initiatives, conducting market research and competitive analysis to define priorities that drive team objectives and innovation.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of product development from initial concept to final launch, ensuring seamless execution of feature delivery and continuous improvement of the user experience.
- Design and implement tools that streamline workflows, enhance user engagement, and support the delivery of high-quality features, contributing to Valora's position as a leading crypto platform.
- Develop and execute campaigns in partnership with marketing and engineering teams to promote Valora's core value propositions, driving user adoption and growth through targeted incentives and outreach strategies.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that create additional value for users, leveraging collaboration to enhance the overall experience and expand Valora's ecosystem.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product management or UX research with a focus on fintech or crypto products, demonstrating a deep understanding of user behavior and product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret user data, conduct competitive benchmarking, and translate insights into actionable product strategies that address market gaps.
- Excellent collaboration abilities to work effectively with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams, ensuring cohesive execution of product initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing experimentation, feature development, and strategic planning to meet deadlines and deliver value.
- Deep knowledge of user experience design principles and agile methodologies, with a track record of delivering successful product launches and iterative improvements.
- Passion for solving complex user problems and a commitment to creating intuitive, accessible digital products that meet the evolving needs of the crypto market.
