Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of incentive programs for the WOOFi Pro platform
• Work closely with front-end engineers, QA, design and marketing teams to ensure successful program execution
• Optimize user conversion processes and strategies to increase user engagement and retention
• Enhance DEX products to meet market demands and deliver exceptional user experience
• Utilize data analysis to monitor user behavior and identify product improvement opportunities
• Measure the success of initiatives through comprehensive data analysis
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to drive continuous product improvement and innovation
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all product development stages

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in DeFi or cryptocurrency platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Excellent understanding of DEX products and market dynamics
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in designing and implementing incentive programs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in blockchain technology and smart contracts
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Passion for decentralized finance and cryptocurrency innovations
