Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Define and optimize product requirements and functionalities based on technologies such as Bitcoin, Lightning Network, UTXO, Nostr protocol, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketing teams, to develop and execute product strategies.
• Conduct market and user research, understand user needs, position products, and optimize user experience.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap to ensure that product development aligns with company goals and strategies.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of the product, from conceptualization, design to release and maintenance.
• Optimize product features based on data and user feedback to improve product performance and user satisfaction.
• Understand and pay attention to industry trends and competitor dynamics to continuously improve products and maintain a competitive advantage.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in blockchain or fintech industries.
• Strong understanding of Bitcoin, Lightning Network, UTXO, and Nostr protocol.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in conducting market and user research.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with decentralized technologies and protocols.
• Background in software development or engineering is a plus.
• Passion for blockchain technology and its potential applications.
