Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and user research to delivery and iteration. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing features, workflows, and integrations for the USD account experience, translating user and business needs into clear product specifications and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture decisions, edge cases, and Solana on-chain integrations
- Partner with design teams to craft intuitive experiences that meet the needs of modern businesses
- Coordinate across compliance, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and risk management
- Monitor key product metrics and iterate based on feedback and performance
- Stay informed on stablecoin and global payment trends, regulatory shifts, and user expectations
- Drive cross-functional alignment and contribute to go-to-market strategy and partner enablement
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in fintech or blockchain-related fields
- Strong understanding of stablecoins, global payments, and regulatory environments
- Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate complex user and business needs into clear product specifications
- Experience with Solana blockchain or similar technologies is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to monitor product metrics and drive iterative improvements
