Job Description
As a Product Manager in the Global Growth team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of product growth initiatives. This role requires ownership of both short-term and long-term growth roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands. You will lead the creation and implementation of strategies that enhance our Growth ecosystem and expand B2B opportunities. The position involves end-to-end management of new projects, from conceptualization to customer validation, prototyping, and full-scale production. You will also play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, partnerships, and customer support to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive growth roadmap that balances immediate goals with long-term vision
  • Lead the ideation and validation process for new product initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate growth strategies into functional product features
  • Work with marketing and partnerships teams to design and execute growth campaigns and business development strategies
  • Coordinate with customer support to ensure product solutions meet user expectations and resolve implementation challenges
  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and customer insights research to inform strategic decisions
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in growth-oriented environments, preferably with B2B product development background
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, with experience working with engineering, marketing, and customer support teams
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and iterative product development processes
  • Ability to create and execute strategic plans that balance innovation with measurable outcomes
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with customer journey mapping and user research methodologies
  • Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and conversion rate optimization strategies
