Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new Web3 products.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch, ensuring continuous optimization and user satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and industry trends.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure product solutions meet user needs and business objectives.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Lead the creation of user personas and use cases to guide product development and feature prioritization.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and customer acquisition strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in DeFi and blockchain technology to ensure the product remains competitive and relevant.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a product manager in the Web3 or blockchain industry, preferably with a focus on DeFi solutions.
• Deep understanding of wallet solutions, DEX platforms, blockchain browsers, and other DeFi tools.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle management.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including smart contracts, decentralized systems, and cryptographic protocols.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in product development.
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• Experience with Web3 development frameworks and tools such as Solidity, React, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of user experience design principles and how to apply them to blockchain applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and rapid iteration.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams towards common product goals.
