Product Manager at Wave UP

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of product strategies from scratch
• Gain deep understanding of on-chain assets, NFT liquidity, point economy, and user incentive mechanisms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, and operations) to refine user experience
• Participate in various product directions including digital collectibles management and trading mechanisms
• Design gameplay and analyze data for core modules like launch pads and liquidity pools
• Develop NFT equity systems and point economy models with exchange rules
• Create interaction process designs for C-end users
• Oversee product landing and optimize cooperation integration with ecological platforms
• Ensure experience closed-loop optimization for platforms like Whale Exploration

• Sharp judgment on product trends in the Web3 field
• Experience in digital asset platforms or related Web3 products
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in NFT or digital collectibles platforms

• Background in user experience design for blockchain applications
• Experience working with Web3 ecosystems and decentralized platforms
