Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our foundation as a Brand Communication and Public Relations Specialist. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the foundation's brand communication strategies, managing media relations, and enhancing our public image globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for brand communication, media relations, and public relations strategy development and execution of the foundation
- Act as the official brand spokesperson, representing the foundation in domestic and international industry events, media interviews, and public speeches
- Create high-quality Chinese and English press releases, official statements, and promotional materials while ensuring information accuracy and brand tone consistency
- Develop and maintain relationships with global media outlets and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to expand cooperation opportunities and enhance the foundation's influence
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing timely reports and strategic recommendations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies with organizational goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand communication, media relations or public relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Proven track record in media relations and public speaking
- Strong network of media contacts and KOL relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis communications effectively
- Strategic thinker with strong project management skills
- Passion for social causes and non-profit sector experience is a plus
