Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive data visualization reports using Excel and PowerPoint, including market trend analysis, asset allocation models, and risk assessment frameworks
- Monitor and maintain a dynamic tracking system for key performance indicators, ensuring real-time updates of portfolio metrics and market benchmarks
- Conduct in-depth fundamental research on cryptocurrency projects, analyzing whitepapers, team backgrounds, and technological innovations
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to refine investment strategies based on macroeconomic trends and market cycles
- Prepare detailed analytical presentations for internal meetings and client updates, highlighting investment rationale and risk management approaches
- Implement and optimize quantitative models for portfolio performance evaluation and asset selection
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and market news impacting cryptocurrency assets
- Document research findings and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for team reference
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields with 3+ years of experience in crypto asset management
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA programming) and PowerPoint for professional presentations
- Strong understanding of fundamental analysis principles and their application to cryptocurrency markets
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear visual formats
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation
- Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication with global stakeholders
- Preferred experience with blockchain technology fundamentals and DeFi protocols
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced market environments and evolving investment strategies
