Job Description

This position is responsible for conducting comprehensive research on the NFT (Non-Fungible Token) market, including tracking real-time data trends, monitoring industry developments, and analyzing market dynamics. The candidate will also be tasked with gathering information about blockchain-based projects from both domestic and international markets, compiling detailed research reports, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions. Additionally, the role involves managing daily fund operations, ensuring financial stability, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform in-depth analysis of NFT market trends, including price fluctuations, trading volumes, and user behavior patterns.
Track and interpret industry progress by monitoring news updates, regulatory changes, and technological innovations in blockchain ecosystems.
Collect and verify data from global NFT platforms, projects, and market participants to build accurate research databases.
Develop comprehensive research reports with visualizations, statistical models, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Manage daily fund operations, including budget tracking, financial forecasting, and payment processing for NFT-related initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align financial strategies with business goals and market opportunities.
Identify potential risks and opportunities in the NFT market through continuous monitoring and scenario analysis.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, market research, or blockchain industry operations.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or SQL for processing large datasets.
Strong understanding of NFT technology, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.
Excellent communication skills to present complex financial data to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Fluency in English and Mandarin for cross-border communication and documentation.
Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain analytics platforms like Etherscan or Blockchain.com.
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality research reports with clear data visualization and logical structure.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset for identifying market patterns and anomalies.

Preferred Qualifications
