Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and team members to generate strategic recommendations, build implementation roadmaps, and define measurable success criteria.
- Develop and prioritize project roadmaps based on organizational priorities, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives that deliver tangible value.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to support tactical execution and long-term strategic planning.
- Facilitate workshops across departments to share research outcomes, foster collaboration, and ensure strategic alignment throughout the organization.

Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field with a focus on analytical disciplines.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to synthesize data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful conclusions from complex information.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports, presentations, and workshops.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Python, along with experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and deliverables.
