Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop AI-based automation control systems for smart buildings
• Utilize Web3 technology to improve security and transparency of building data and digital cultural heritage assets
• Develop smart city systems supporting digital preservation of Chinese cultural heritage
• Explore applications of digital twin technology for protection and display of ancient buildings and cultural landscapes
• Investigate blockchain-based distributed storage and traceability methods for cultural heritage data
• Propose innovative dynamic structural monitoring techniques for historical buildings
• Implement blockchain solutions to record and safeguard monitoring data of cultural sites
• Publish high-quality research papers in relevant fields
• Apply research findings to practical digital preservation projects and smart city initiatives
• Promote adoption of Web3 technology in the cultural heritage sector

Job Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with focus on AI/Web3 technologies
• Strong research background in smart buildings, digital twins, or cultural heritage preservation
• Experience with blockchain technology and distributed systems
• Knowledge of structural monitoring techniques and IoT systems
• Proven track record of publishing research papers in relevant fields
• Ability to translate research findings into practical applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Passion for cultural heritage preservation and smart city development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
