About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for expanding and maintaining partnerships with institutional clients in Russia to drive business growth. Client types include but are not limited to Brokers, market makers, high-frequency trading teams, etc.
• Identify market opportunities, formulate and implement business development plans, and enhance brand visibility and influence in the local market.
• In-depth understanding of customer needs, provide professional consulting services and solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal company resources to ensure the smooth implementation and delivery of projects.
• Regularly analyze market dynamics and competitive situations, and provide constructive market feedback and suggestions.

Job Requirements

• Understand the needs of brokers and other institutional clients of exchanges and understand how the business works.
• Have excellent bilingual skills: fluent in English and Russian, and be able to conduct professional business exchanges and negotiations.
• Based in Russia, or those with practical work experience in Russia are preferred, and have a deep understanding of the local market environment and culture.
• Candidates with Chinese language skills are preferred, and those who know other Western languages (such as French, German, Spanish, etc.) will be given extra points.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Understand and be familiar with the operating model of finance, blockchain, or related industries, and those with relevant work background are preferred.
• Have the ability to work independently and teamwork spirit, and be able to cope with pressure and challenges.
