Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategic planning and design of the company's spot, contract, and other trading line products, accurately grasping market demand, shaping differentiated competitive advantages, and making products stand out in the market.
• Deeply analyze the existing challenges of the product, closely track the dynamics of competitors, closely integrate with the forefront trends of the industry, explore and expand new value-added scenarios and potential demands, and continuously enhance the market competitiveness of the product.
• Efficiently promote the entire process of product ideation to launch, monitor product usage feedback and key business indicators in real-time, and optimize product functionality and upgrade user experience based on data-driven approaches.
• Successfully complete other related tasks assigned by the Team Leader, provide strong support to the team with rich experience, and help achieve the team's goals efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product strategy, planning, and design, preferably in the trading or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills to identify market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs.
• Ability to drive product development from ideation to launch, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
