Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for product planning and implementation of the stablecoin payment product line, ensuring payment capabilities are effectively productized in different regions.
• Address merchant pain points and tailor solutions to meet diverse payment scenario needs.
• Utilize analytical and evaluation methods to deeply understand industry trends and user needs, translating insights into actionable product strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive goal achievement and product success.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, assessing business demands from customers and partners, and ensuring technical team alignment for implementation.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to resolve issues and push forward product initiatives.
• Develop product improvement plans based on business data, merchant feedback, and research to enhance key conversion metrics and usability.
• Analyze target market user characteristics and track industry trends to drive product innovation and boost commercial competitiveness.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in payment or fintech industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and user needs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage the full product lifecycle from conception to implementation.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and product optimization.
