Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Product Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-centric internet products, ensuring optimal user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the construction and optimization of user experience for internet products
- Design and iterate product features with a strong focus on user needs
- Develop comprehensive product requirement documents
- Analyze and improve existing user experience flows for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement UX improvements
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Internet Product Manager
- At least 3 years of dedicated user experience product experience
- Proven track record in overseas product development (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage product design and iteration projects
- Strong capability in creating complete product requirement documentation
- Excellent user experience awareness and analytical skills
- Ability to evaluate and optimize products from a user perspective
- Web and mobile app UX optimization expertise
- Professional competencies expected of a senior product manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international user markets and cultural adaptation
- Background in user research methodologies
- Familiarity with UX design tools and prototyping software
- Knowledge of current UX trends and best practices
