Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and design blockchain products, creating comprehensive documentation including PRD (Product Requirements Document) and prototypes.
• Work closely with the R&D department to facilitate product implementation and ensure successful final delivery and launch.
• Monitor and analyze the blockchain industry trends, conduct research, and produce insightful research reports.
• Develop and implement growth strategies and product requirements to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities in the blockchain space to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in blockchain or fintech industries.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain development or smart contract programming.
• Familiarity with popular blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Solana.
• Previous experience in writing technical documentation or research reports.
