Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Blockchain Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative blockchain products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and design blockchain products, creating comprehensive documentation including PRD (Product Requirements Document) and prototypes.
- Work closely with the R&D department to facilitate product implementation and ensure successful final delivery and launch.
- Monitor and analyze the blockchain industry trends, conduct research, and produce insightful research reports.
- Develop and implement growth strategies and product requirements to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities in the blockchain space to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in blockchain or fintech industries.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Hands-on experience with blockchain development or smart contract programming.
- Familiarity with popular blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Solana.
- Previous experience in writing technical documentation or research reports.
