Key Responsibilities

• Develop next-generation web applications with a strong emphasis on the client-side user experience, ensuring seamless interactions and performance across all devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX researchers, engineers, and product managers to define requirements and refine design concepts.
• Conduct user research and analysis to identify pain points, preferences, and opportunities for improving product usability and accessibility.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups to communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders and development teams.
• Revise and optimize the work of previous designers to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and ensure visual coherence across all deliverables.
• Iterate on design solutions based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and technical teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Document design decisions and processes to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals and team workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and methodologies to continuously improve the quality of deliverables.
• Participate in design reviews and presentations to advocate for user-centered design and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
• Ensure that all design work adheres to accessibility standards and is compatible with various platforms and devices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Applications (B.C.A/M.C.A) from a recognized national university, with course completion.
• 3 or more years of professional design experience, preferably in web and application design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop, along with a strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of front-end development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to ensure a deep understanding of how designs translate into code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to develop innovative solutions that address user needs and business objectives.
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative design processes to adapt to changing requirements and deliver incremental improvements.
• Excellent time management skills to balance project timelines with the need for thorough design research and testing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle feedback constructively to refine and improve design outcomes.
