Job Description
This position is responsible for the full lifecycle management of technical products, encompassing conceptual design, development, testing, and deployment. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands. Key tasks include conducting feasibility studies, creating technical specifications, and overseeing product iterations to maintain quality and performance standards. Additionally, the role involves staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product enhancement and competitive differentiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical products from concept to market, utilizing advanced methodologies and tools
- Conduct in-depth research on cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices to drive product innovation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement technical solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements
- Monitor product performance post-launch and initiate improvement initiatives based on user feedback and analytics
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design diagrams, user manuals, and API specifications
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure product development aligns with business goals and strategic direction
- Participate in product roadmap planning and prioritize development tasks based on market impact and feasibility
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage technical risks throughout the product development lifecycle through proactive mitigation strategies
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to disseminate technical insights across teams and departments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of product development experience
- Proven expertise in software/hardware development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Strong technical background in at least two of the following areas: cloud computing, AI/ML, IoT, or cybersecurity
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ with hands-on development experience
- Experience with product management tools like Jira, Trello, or Confluence for task tracking and documentation
- Ability to create and interpret technical diagrams using tools like UML or Visio
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and business analysts
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for technical products
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with proven track record of resolving technical challenges creatively
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with team members
- Experience with product testing methodologies and quality assurance protocols
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing techniques
- Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication with global stakeholders
