Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Solana programs using Solana native and Anchor programming models
• Develop safe, secure, and performant smart contract code
• Create comprehensive public-facing test plans and documentation for developed code
• Build robust testing infrastructure to ensure code adheres to defined specifications
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to leverage existing knowledge and tools
• Own product features end-to-end with complete accountability
• Analyze and optimize performance bottlenecks across the full technology stack

Job Requirements

• Extensive experience with Solana blockchain development
• Proficiency in both Solana native and Anchor programming models
• Strong understanding of smart contract security best practices
• Experience creating test plans and technical documentation
• Ability to build and maintain testing frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills for debugging complex issues
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Proven track record of delivering complete product features

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance optimization in blockchain environments
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
• Knowledge of other blockchain platforms and smart contract languages
• Experience working in agile development environments
