Job Description
This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will focus on creating original content, managing campaigns, and fostering community interaction across multiple platforms. Key responsibilities include planning and developing social media campaigns centered around storytelling, product launches, brand activations, in-real-life (IRL) events, and strategic partnerships. The position also involves daily management of social media channels to ensure consistent brand messaging and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an original social content strategy tailored to the brand's objectives and audience needs.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns that integrate storytelling content, product promotions, brand activations, IRL events, and partnership initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Social Media Lead to create cohesive content strategies, particularly for written content across platforms like Twitter, Newsletter, and Discord.
  • Manage and optimize social media channels by curating content, scheduling posts, and organizing the social calendar to maximize engagement.
  • Utilize reporting tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and measure strategic success.
  • Translate content performance data into actionable insights to improve engagement metrics across all platforms.
  • Engage the Cool Cats community through meaningful dialogue, working in tandem with the Community Management team to foster interaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks with the team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand content and marketing materials.
  • Execute marketing plans in partnership with the Social Media Lead, focusing on content formatting that aligns with each platform's requirements.
  • Support the creation of social marketing assets, including written content for Twitter, Discord, and other channels.
  • Monitor industry trends in marketing, gaming, and web3 sectors to provide data-driven insights to the broader team.
  • Drive consistent social engagement by managing channels daily and actively participating in community interactions.
  • Ensure all brand communication reflects the company's tone and voice, while guiding team members on best practices for content creation.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media strategy development and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of content creation for diverse platforms (Twitter, Newsletter, Discord, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize engagement metrics.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable strategies for improving community interaction.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-team coordination and project management.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
