Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, engaging with our online community, and fostering meaningful interactions across Twitter and Discord. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute daily content plans and engagement strategies for Twitter and Discord
- Manage and grow our online community by actively engaging with users, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful conversations
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including text, visuals, memes, polls, and announcements
- Monitor key metrics and community sentiment; analyze performance and adapt strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and product launches
- Organize and moderate AMA sessions, community calls, and other online events
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to ensure best practices
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, social media, or a related role
- Strong understanding of Twitter and Discord platforms, including best practices for engagement and growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create engaging content, including text, visuals, and multimedia
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies
- Experience in organizing and moderating online events such as AMAs and community calls
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and platform updates
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
