Job Description
The Market Operations Specialist (Pokémon TCG) will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence and community engagement across platforms such as official Twitter, Telegram, and Discord. This role involves developing content strategies, creating engaging posts, and maintaining a consistent publishing schedule. The specialist will monitor card prices, market trends, and user feedback to provide timely insights. Additionally, they will organize and execute online events like AMAs, live streams, giveaways, and community collaborations. A key part of the role is nurturing relationships with collectors, KOLs, and industry partners to drive community growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord) and community platforms.
- Develop and execute content plans, including topic selection, copywriting, and publishing.
- Track Pokémon TCG card prices, market trends, and user feedback to generate actionable insights.
- Plan and host online events such as AMAs, live streams, giveaways, and community collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with collectors, KOLs, and industry partners to enhance community growth and activity.
Job Requirements
- Must be a Pokémon TCG collector with in-depth knowledge of major series, editions, and market trends.
- Proven experience in social media, community management, or content creation, with the ability to independently produce engaging content.
- Familiarity with Web3/RWA concepts, strong market sensitivity, and user-centric mindset.
