Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute content with Meme characteristics and high dissemination power to build a sustainable social media brand style and tone.
• Initiate and host external content activities, including Twitter Space sessions, online AMAs, and hot topic discussions.
• Manage KOL, creator, and partner resources, organizing cross-account linkage promotions to maximize reach and engagement.
• Analyze content data and user interaction performance to continuously optimize content structure, publishing strategy, and account operation rhythm.
• Serve as an external communication window, engaging in user dialogue, community discussions, and hot topics to guide healthy public opinion and foster brand consensus.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably with a focus on Twitter and Telegram.
• Strong understanding of meme culture and viral content creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with users and manage community discussions.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve content performance.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique and engaging content strategies.
• Experience in organizing and hosting online events such as AMAs and Twitter Spaces.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and collaborations simultaneously.
