Job Description
We are looking for a talented Content and Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and developing strategic marketing initiatives across various digital platforms to enhance Orca's brand presence and reach in the DeFi space.
Key Responsibilities
- Create targeted, relevant content on multiple platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc) that aligns with Orca's brand and tone
- Develop and implement Orca's channel marketing strategy: rank channels, plan channel-specific initiatives, identify success metrics, and execute campaigns
- Collaborate across organizational functions to market product releases
- Establish an analytics-driven growth culture by integrating data insights on performance of posts
- Continue to expand Orca's reach to new and existing DeFi users
Additional Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will also be expected to stay updated with the latest trends in DeFi and social media marketing, propose innovative content ideas, and work closely with the design team to create visually appealing content. You will play a key role in building Orca's online community and driving engagement through strategic content distribution.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in content creation and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of DeFi and blockchain technology
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt tone for different platforms
- Experience with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision making
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
