Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CTO/Technical Lead and Core Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Solana/BSC Web3 infrastructure, MEV (Maximal Extractable Value), low-latency trading, block building, transaction acceleration, or on-chain arbitrage system development.
Candidates who have previously held core R&D positions at renowned teams like Stellium, bloXroute, 0slot, BlockRazor, NextBlock, or have deep involvement in similar system development will be prioritized for the CTO evaluation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and architecture of our blockchain infrastructure projects
- Develop and optimize high-performance trading and MEV strategies
- Design and implement low-latency transaction processing systems
- Oversee block building and transaction ordering mechanisms
- Mentor and guide the engineering team in implementing best practices
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at scale
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Builder or infrastructure developer in BNB Smart Chain (BSC) ecosystem
- Practical experience with on-chain arbitrage, MEV strategies, Bundles, Backruns, and liquidation mechanisms
- Deep understanding of nodes, RPC, transaction broadcasting, block construction, and transaction ordering
- Ability to independently handle system architecture, strategy implementation, performance optimization, and production deployment
- Strong programming skills in Rust, Go, or C++ for high-performance systems
- Experience with Web3 technologies and decentralized systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
