Job Description
As the Technical Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the company's technical team, ensuring that our technical architecture and development processes are efficient and in line with industry best practices. You will directly participate in decision-making, drive the planning and execution of the company's technology direction, and ensure that we are in a leading position in the technology field.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's technical team, develop technical strategies and plans
- Responsible for the technical architecture design and implementation of the project, ensuring high availability and scalability of the system
- Supervise the work of various development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and compliance with quality standards
- Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to promote product innovation and technological upgrades
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies, continuously optimize the company's technology stack
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, code standards, and development processes to ensure efficient team collaboration
- Guide the career development of technical team members and cultivate technical talents
- Have a basic understanding of penetration testing, internal network security, container security, code auditing, and other aspects of platform security
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in technical leadership and team management
- Strong expertise in system architecture design and implementation
- Excellent project management and cross-team collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of current technology trends and best practices
- Ability to drive technical innovation and process improvements
- Experience in mentoring and developing technical talent
- Basic knowledge of security concepts including penetration testing and code auditing
