Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to participate in all stages of the design process, including user research, competitive analysis, concept development, and usability testing
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems encompassing typography, color schemes, iconography, and layout frameworks
• Create wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes that align with product strategy and user needs
• Design and implement animations, micro-interactions, and visual effects to enhance user engagement and brand experience
• Manage the creation and organization of brand assets, including logo variations, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral
• Conduct regular design reviews to ensure quality standards and provide constructive feedback to junior designers
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve design outcomes
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including user flow diagrams, site maps, and accessibility guidelines
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts across all platforms
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for new products and features

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital product design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop for creating high-fidelity mockups
• Excellent understanding of UX principles, including information architecture, user flows, and accessibility standards
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout composition
• Ability to create interactive prototypes that demonstrate user interactions and functionality
• Experience with brand identity development and maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaborating with developers
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts to stakeholders and team members
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with team members
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative design processes
