Job Description
We are seeking a talented UI/Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs for our Web/App/backend and financial trading products, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI visual design for company products, including interface specification construction and component library iteration, delivering high-quality and highly usable visual design solutions.
- Participate in AI functional module interface design (smart recommendations, AI assistants, intelligent data analysis, AI pop-up dialogues, etc.) by combining AI generation capabilities and AI interaction logic.
- Research AI product design trends and AIGC visual generation tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, AI plugins, etc.), integrating AI capabilities into the design process to improve efficiency and creative output.
- Oversee product branding, operational activity visuals, icons, illustrations, and layout systems to ensure a unified visual language across all products.
- Collaborate with product, front-end, development, and business teams to break down requirements, deliver design drafts, handle slicing and annotations, and ensure high-fidelity implementation.
- Develop UI design specifications, components, and methodologies to standardize and optimize team design processes.
- Stay updated on industry competitors, international best practices, and AI+UI design trends to continuously enhance product visual and interactive experiences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of experience as a senior UI/Visual Designer in internet/fintech products, including experience in large-scale product visual design.
- Basic AI knowledge and application skills: understanding of AIGC visual generation logic, AI conversational interaction design, and AI functional interface design; proficiency in AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
- Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools, with experience in building component libraries, design specifications, and adaptive interfaces for mobile and PC platforms.
- Exceptional aesthetic sense, specializing in minimalist business and fintech interface design, with strong control over color, layout, icons, and motion effects.
- Understanding of UX principles, with the ability to optimize interface layouts, information hierarchy, and user flows based on AI interaction scenarios.
- Strong communication and project management skills, capable of independently handling complex visual projects under pressure with a focus on execution.
- Experience in financial, trading platforms, Web3, or AI tool UI design is preferred.
