Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing the graphic interface design of product related interfaces, icons, animations, etc., with a focus on usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy. This involves wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity mockups for various digital products.
• Independently complete UI related production, image cutting, annotation, and provide necessary elements for development. This includes working with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to deliver assets such as buttons, icons, and interactive components.
• Communicate and collaborate with products, interactions, and development teams to promote efficient and high-quality project implementation and launch. This requires active participation in cross-functional meetings, providing design rationale, and ensuring alignment between design and technical execution.
• Continuously monitor product feedback and continuously improve product interface optimization solutions through interaction and visual experience. This involves conducting user testing, analyzing feedback data, and iterating on design improvements to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and user interface best practices to ensure the company's products remain competitive and innovative in the market.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in UI/UX design principles and experienced in creating user interfaces for web, mobile, and H5 applications. Demonstrated ability to produce visually appealing and functional designs that meet user needs.
• Strong command of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop. Ability to create detailed design specifications and export assets in various formats for development teams.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Ability to articulate design decisions and provide constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand the technical limitations and possibilities of UI implementation. Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to conduct user research, create personas, and perform usability testing to inform design decisions. Strong analytical skills to interpret user feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics. Ability to create designs that are both visually stunning and user-friendly, with a focus on simplicity and clarity.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience in designing interfaces that are inclusive and usable for all users, including those with disabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset to ensure the success of the product development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcome design challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
